Loved the staff, everyone from Alice who helped pick the room and organised decorations for our anniversary to Whiskey who kept us plied with drinks all night! The scenery is spectacular and everyone on board really makes an effort to make sure you have a good time. Can totally recommend. Give the kayaking a go, it's great fun!

First, I would like to thank Ms. Anna Pham for her outstanding attention to us before, during, and after the cruise. Ms. Anna Pham was always available to answer our questions, add changes to our drop-off locations, and even followed up with us during our cruise to make sure we had no problems. We really appreciated Ms. Anna’s excellent help and guidance.
Next, we had an amazing experience on the Alisa Premier Cruise for 2 nights. It was our first cruise and we were very satisfied. The cruise felt cozy, staff was incredibly kind and attentive, clean rooms, and very delicious food. Furthermore, the tour on the second day of our cruise exceeded our expectations because we got to see so many different parts of Ha Long Bay without the large masses of tourists that were on the first day. Overall, we highly recommend the Alisa Premier Cruise and we had an incredible experience.
We had a lovely 2 night/3 day trip on Alisa cruise. Normally I’m not that into cruises but this was a great way to experience Ha Long bay. We stayed VIP suite and the room was amazing! Full windows on two corners. We got to watch the view of the bay while laying in bed. The food was great too, my favorite was the lunches. Thuy was a great guide. Would definitely recommend the 2 night stay if you have time as a 1 night stay would have gone by too fast.
The staff and crew were absolutely amazing and we felt like family the moment we began our cruise. Thuy our guide was funny, helpful and informative. Kudos also to the lovely waitresses and manager James. Highly recommended getting a room with the balcony view. My partner actually proposed to me on the rooftop deck, definitely a trip I will remember forever.
I booked a VIP Premier Suite with two of my friends and the experience was a pure delight.
First of all the food was superb. Although I was a vegetarian, my food was completely taken care of by Linda. I enjoyed every bit of it.
The activities were also really engaging with our guide Robert guiding us through amazing activities including kayaking, Swimming & Hiking. He also helped to take some pictures of ours while kayaking when we had forgotten our phones at our room.
Overall a very nice experience with Alisa Premier with very well kept rooms and I would recommend to anyone who wants a luxury experience. Although one word of caution would be that the water at Halong bay itself is oily at many places but the experience & the itinerary overall makes up for it.

I booked online via Agoda.com for my stay for cruise. I was in a dilemma while it appears to me some cruises are nice too and in the end Alisa Premium Cruise was my choice as the price was reasonable and yet the room looks good. I was given a contact person Nancy, she is the admin personel i believe, she was very helpful in assisting me in my payment and guide me through the process of check in. While on board i met the cruise crew all were very helpful during our stay and especially the tour guide Mr Robert, he was very nice to guide us throughout all our excursion trips. Will highly recomend this cruise to my friends and family.

My Ha Long Bay dream come true!”
I spent a good solid 2 months researching and trying to find the best Ha Long Cruise for me. I was looking for reviews of great food on board, a cabin with a balcony (preferably with a bed facing out to the window), an itinerary with a mix of activities and some down time (more of a chill experience rather than a party boat). My ideal would have also been to see Bai Tu Long Bay but onboard experience had more of a priority for me. Overall, Alisa Premier definitely delivered and more. It definitely had a luxury feel to it and the staff were very friendly. I booked through Agoda but had assistance from Ms Nancy who helped me with payment and booking the luxury coach to Ha Long from Hanoi. She also came to thank me at the end of my trip which was super lovely!
